Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) for our luxurious real estate property. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for high-net-worth clients and will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every interaction reflects the exclusivity and sophistication of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, providing a warm and professional first impression.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email and in-person.
- Conduct guided property tours, highlighting luxury features and amenities.
- Manage client databases and maintain accurate records of interactions and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for a personalized experience.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate property viewings and meetings.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients, property managers and the sales team.
- Prepare and manage client feedback reports to continuously improve services.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on materials and presentations for prospective clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in guest relations, hospitality, or luxury customer service roles, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with high-profile clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and property management software.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
