Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented MIS Executive with proven experience in the real estate sector. The incumbent will be responsible for managing business-critical data, designing automated reports, and delivering actionable insights that support strategic planning and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess advanced data handling skills, strong business acumen, and in-depth knowledge of real estate operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, automate, and maintain accurate MIS reports and dashboards covering key areas such as sales performance, project progress, payment schedules, and inventory status.
- Consolidate data from various departments (Sales, CRM, Projects, Finance) to ensure a single source of truth for reporting and analysis.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management, including booking trends, collection forecasts, outstanding receivables, and cost-to-completion analysis.
- Maintain and update master data related to unit configurations, pricing, payment plans, and inventory movement.
- Support business teams with customized reports and insights for performance reviews, board presentations, and strategic decision-making.
- Implement data accuracy and validation protocols across all reporting systems.
- Utilize advanced Excel tools, Power Query, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau) for efficient data modeling and visualization.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track project health, sales funnel conversion, and cash flow status.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve data flow, streamline reporting processes, and enhance overall MIS architecture.
- Assist in data preparation for internal audits, due diligence, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant MIS experience in a real estate organization
- Strong understanding of real estate operations including sales, payment collection cycles, inventory management, and project costing
- Expertise in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Advanced Formulas, Macros)
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI / Tableau) and familiarity with SQL queries
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and Salesforce used in real estate (e.g., FARVISION, SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines
- Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills
