Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Presales Team Lead to oversee and manage our presales operations in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market, a proven track record in lead management and team supervision, and a strategic approach to converting leads into qualified prospects for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and manage a team of Presales Executives/Telecallers.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Ensure timely follow-up and high responsiveness to leads generated from various sources.
- Supervise and optimize lead distribution and allocation.
- Track and analyze lead status, response time, and conversion ratios.
- Ensure accurate data entry and lead tracking in the CRM system.
- Ensure the team effectively communicates with potential clients to understand their requirements.
- Guide the team in qualifying leads before forwarding to the sales team.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and pre-sales etiquette.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status and team productivity.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align presales strategies.
- Provide insights and feedback on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and market trends.
- Stay updated with trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies in the Mumbai real estate market.
- Guide the team with updated project knowledge, USPs, and location benefits.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Presales Team Lead in the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of the Mumbai & Thane real estate market.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred.
- Target-driven with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Proven experience in handling high-volume lead operations.
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on performance and conversions.
